Leon Miller, now living in Iowa, has spent over 20 years living in the country of Haiti, with his wife, Joy. He is CEO of a non-profit, Water For Life, based in Kalona, Iowa.

Leon drilled water wells in Iowa, and later in Haiti, having learned the profession from his father, who founded Water For Life upon recognizing a practical way he could give real help to communities in Haiti.

Leon and Joy are the parents of 4 adult children and 12 grandchildren. In his free time, Leon loves to golf!
